Create a case and add the file
Upload medical records, depositions, police reports, correspondence, bills and pleadings as PDF, Word, Excel, text or image files. An upload tray shows each file’s progress, and you can keep working while documents process. Documents are classified by type, so the file is organized from the start.

Every page is read
Each document is read page by page. Facts, events, deadlines, attributed statements and billing line items are captured with the page they came from. The case header shows the result, for example “Read 412 of 412 pages”, and flags any page that couldn’t be read.

Ask, and see the source
Ask in plain English. Record mode answers literally from the file; Analysis mode reasons about it and labels the conclusion as analysis. Numbered citations open the passage beside the answer, so checking a point takes one click.

See the case, and what’s missing
The chronology lays out events across every document. Case intelligence sets out both sides’ theories, disputed and undisputed facts, contradictions and missing evidence. The issues list brings together treatment gaps, records the file refers to but doesn’t contain, inconsistent facts and upcoming deadlines. The case overview shows which analyses are out of date when new documents arrive.

Close the gaps
From any missing record, draft the request: a records letter on your letterhead with a HIPAA authorization cover note, or request-for-production language. It becomes a tracked task with a follow-up date. When the record is uploaded, the request is marked received and the issue is proposed for closing.

Prepare
Build deposition prep, a mediation prep pack with a damages ledger and statement outline, and trial prep: witnesses and their prior inconsistent statements, cross and direct outlines, an element-of-proof matrix for each claim, and a draft exhibit list.

Export reports as PDF and drafts as Word files you can edit. Invite colleagues to your firm workspace so everyone works from the same record.
