Case Insight360 provides software tools that help legal professionals organize, search, and analyze documents using artificial intelligence. The Service is designed to support litigation workflows, but it does not provide legal advice, legal conclusions, or legal recommendations.

You are responsible for independently reviewing all outputs and verifying accuracy before relying on them in any legal matter.

The Service is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Use of the Service does not create an attorney‑client relationship between you and Case Insight360.

All outputs—including summaries, answers, citations, and extracted information—are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. You must exercise your own professional judgment when using the Service.

You may use the Service only if you:

• are at least 18 years old
• have the authority to enter into these Terms
• use the Service for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable rules of professional conduct

You agree to:

• maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• ensure that documents you upload may be lawfully processed
• verify all AI‑generated outputs before relying on them
• comply with all applicable laws, including privacy and data‑protection requirements

You may not:

• use the Service to provide automated legal advice to others
• upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
• reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
• use the Service for high‑risk or prohibited activities

You retain all rights to documents and data you upload ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Case Insight360 a limited license to process User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your documents, and we do not use User Content to train external AI models.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described there.

If you are participating in an early access or beta program:

• features may be incomplete or unstable
• data loss or errors may occur
• functionality may change without notice

The Service is provided "as is" during early access.

We strive to maintain reliable uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error‑free operation, or compatibility with all systems. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

We implement industry‑standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no system is perfectly secure, and you acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your documents.

You may not use the Service to:

• violate laws or court orders
• process data you are not authorized to handle
• attempt unauthorized access to other users' cases
• interfere with system integrity or security

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All intellectual property rights in the Service—including software, design, branding, and documentation—belong to Case Insight360 or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Case Insight360 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• accuracy
• reliability
• fitness for a particular purpose
• non‑infringement

AI‑generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Case Insight360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 for free/early access users)

You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Case Insight360 from claims arising out of:

• your use of the Service
• your uploaded documents
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:

• violating these Terms
• security concerns
• misuse of the Service
• non‑payment (if applicable)

You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Case Insight360 is headquartered, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
